Crynodeb o'r Cyflwyniad:

The land near Ysgol Cyffylliog and Arosfa, Cyffylliog should be allocated for housing development within the LDP for the following reasons:
- it would ensure that Pentref Cyffylliog is able to deliver attractive housing developments and as such contributes to the Plan’s vision;
- there are currently no housing allocations in Cyffylliog;
- it will ensure that rural services and facilities have a prosperous future through the increase in local population;
- the issue of flood risk can be resolved through proper assessment and the implementation of a strategy;
- the site would sensitively extend the development boundary of Cyffylliog.
